The Job
As the Associate SEO Manager you will be responsible for developing — in tandem with the Associate SEO Director — SEO strategy, priorities, and execution, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical issues, SEO-rich content recommendations or creation, and much more for Backbone clients. This position will collaborate across all teams to develop, align, and execute plans to increase rankings and achieve the client's Organic Traffic and revenue goals.

  • Develop data-driven optimization strategies that increase client’s search engine results rankings
  • Conduct SEO site audits uncovering high-priority opportunities
  • Research high-impact SEO keywords to use throughout the client’s website and integrate into other Backbone services and campaigns

The Job

We’re looking for an experienced PR Account Manager (AM) or PR Senior Account Manager (SAM) to work with our growing portfolio of active lifestyle brands. The AM or the SAM serves as the primary client contact, developing and executing the PR strategy for 3-4 clients. This position reports to the VP Public Relations and the PR Directors. The SAM works with larger clients managing a PR team.

The Job
As the Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for developing the partnership and strategy with publishers, influencers, and traditional affiliate sites to drive placements, revenue, and exposure for Backbone clients. This position will collaborate with Media and PR teams to develop, align, and execute plans to increase awareness and achieve the client's traffic and revenue goals.

  • Knowledgeable on all aspects of digital and traditional media, including Paid Social Media, Search Engine Management, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Management, Mobile, Out-of-home, TV, Print, etc.
  • Experience in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Data Studio and Google Campaign Manager 
  • Proficient in research tools including MRI and Facebook Audience Insights
  • Excel master
  • Understanding of Backbone’s core values
  • A love of the outdoors
  • A sense of humor

Salary: $45,000-$50,000 annual plus benefits, depending on experience
