The Job

The Office Manager maintains administrative order throughout the office and provides accounting and operational support. The successful Office Manager is an energetic, motivated professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. The Work

· Organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety.

The Job
As the Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for developing the partnership and strategy with publishers, influencers, and traditional affiliate sites to drive placements, revenue, and exposure for Backbone clients. This position will collaborate with Media and PR teams to develop, align, and execute plans to increase awareness and achieve the client's traffic and revenue goals.


The Work

  • Lead the development and execution of clients' affiliate programs; this includes day to day management of affiliate programs, recruiting affiliates, negotiating rates, and developing relationships
  • Help to determine client goals and work to achieve weekly and monthly KPIs
  • Cultivate and maintain ongoing relationships with key affiliates and publishers
  • Identify and secure promotional and advertising opportunities through strategic partnerships
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting, highlighting and identifying areas for growth
  • Manage annual affiliate budgets and commission structure/payouts
  • Participate in status calls and own the relationship with clients
  • Help shape long-term service offering, define processes and gain efficiencies across our client portfolio


The Essentials

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of work experience
  • 1+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing


Your Capabilities

  • Proficient working in affiliate networks such as Avantlink, AWIN, ShareASale and Impact
  • Able to pitch and win new affiliate clients, help them onboard to a network, and grow their program from day one
  • Must have a comprehensive understanding of all types of affiliates and know how to work best with each of them
  • Able to work successfully in a team environment that promotes collaboration in addition to confidently working independently and leveraging resources at hand
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships interdepartmentally, as well as with those outside the team and agency
  • You communicate effectively at all levels

The Job

The SEM Manager will be responsible for the strategy, execution and optimization of paid media marketing strategies on behalf of Backbone’s clients. They will partner with Backbone’s media and digital operations teams to develop innovative paid search strategies and lead the planning, execution and optimization of these programs.

The position requires the ability to apply detailed knowledge and expertise to actionable insights and recommendations. The successful candidate will have experience managing mid-to-large accounts, either for an agency or in-house, as well as the skills and enthusiasm necessary to be a part of an amazing team.


The Work

  • Establish strategy and implement, optimize, and manage budgets for paid search, shopping, display, and YouTube campaigns for direct response retail and tourism
  • Develop advanced keyword campaigns and efficient direct response programs for any given client initiative
  • Deliver integrated paid search media campaigns with an appreciation for other online and offline channels
  • Ensure all paid search campaign billings are up to date and all finance queries are followed up in a timely manner
  • Analyze paid search campaign performance against client KPI's and report on trends and insights to key stakeholders
  • Support in any new business pitches and related work as required
  • Train/educate other Backbone media planners and coordinators and strategies, techniques and trends in paid search


The Essentials

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years managing digital media campaigns across multiple channels
  • Platform certification and previous experience in Google Ads and Google Analytics


Your Capabilities

  • Comprehensive experience with relevant marketing technology stacks, including but not limited to: Google Analytics and Google Ads – Search Ads, Google Shopping, Google Display Network, and YouTube
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and competency in PowerPoint and Word
  • Create and apply strategies across Google Ads campaigns; including audience targeting, placement strategies, brand safety/exclusions, site list development, and non-branded acquisition approaches
  • Strong grasp over data analysis and measurement and ability to A/B test and identify opportunities for optimization to hit benchmark KPIs and meet client goals
  • Ability to articulate strategic approaches through verbal, written and visual presentations to clients
  • Excellent communication skills with an analytical approach to managing data
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to prioritize, multi-task and work under pressure
  • Self-motivated and excited to take on new challenges

The Job

The affiliate coordinator will assist in the day-to-day execution of multiple clients’ affiliate programs. The role will include assisting the senior affiliate manager and affiliate manager in helping to identify new affiliates to recruit into client programs, compiling and analyzing reporting, tracking client placements and making optimizations. You will work on a small team with the ability to contribute to the overall service in a meaningful way.


The Work

  • Research client brands and available affiliates to develop targeted recruitment lists and contacts
  • Coordinate with internal teams (PR &/or media) to identify other potential recruits
  • Help to develop pitches for client recruitment
  • Work with Sr./Affiliate Managers to update client forecasts
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reporting for client programs
  • Help track key metrics for client programs to ensure we are on track to achieve their stated goals
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of client requests
  • Help to compile and evaluate flat fee placements for clients
  • Load and maintain asset libraries for clients
  • Audit affiliate sites for accuracy of brand and product coverage
  • Answer affiliate inquiries and manage newsletter communication

The Job

The Account Coordinator (AC) supports the account management team, executing the tactical elements and reporting on the outcomes of our clients' PR campaigns. The AC reports directly to an Account Manager. The AC works closely with Backbone’s paid media team to facilitate integrated communications campaigns. While our team is working remotely right now, when we do return to our offices, this position will be in our Carbondale office.


The Work

  • Daily support for PR account managers

  • Pitching brand, product and athlete stories to targeted media
